On March 12th, the new Committee of the Korean Australian Lawyers Association (KALA) hosted its annual Start-of-Year Mixer at Ryan’s Bar. The focus of this Mixer was to kick off the 2020 law term and provide a platform for its existing and new members to network with other Korean Australians in the legal field, all in a comfortable setting with a drink in hand. 

Despite the Mixer being held just as COVID-19 was emerging, the Mixer proved to be another success with a fantastic turnout, consisting of practising lawyers in various fields and students.

The Committee of KALA would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who attended. We trust that everyone had an enjoyable time and forged new relations.

KALA regularly hosts mixers at least two to three times a year, each time in a new and exciting venue. We look forward to sharing with you our next Mixer and other events so watch this space!
